His expertise in handling complex negotiations and delivering win-win results has earned him a reputation for delivering value while maintaining strong, lasting relationships. Roland’s leadership style is engaging and personable, creating an inclusive environment where every team member’s input is valued.
As the founding partner at Oracle Method Group, Roland leads with a vision for innovation and collaboration. He fosters a culture of transparency and respect, where all voices are heard, and diverse perspectives are embraced.
Lourdes del Rio Valdes
Chief Strategy & Growth Officer
A seasoned public relations and marketing executive, Lourdes leverages an extensive professional network to drive high-level collaboration and results. Her corporate communications experience includes crisis communications leadership for the American Red Cross during the September 11 tragedy, as well as a distinguished record of positioning Latin American luxury hotels and resorts in the U.S. market. She keep ahead of trends and advises clients on opportunities to align leadership mindset with AI amplification.
With a multidisciplinary industry background, Lourdes brings depth, precision, and foresight to every engagement—grounded in a strong business mindset and corporate communications expertise. Lourdes commands the national stage as a thought leader speaking on trending topics related to PR and marketing and uses storytelling to convey ideas and deliver impact. She also launched and founded DRV Public Relations, an affiliate agency of Oracle Method Group to expand positioning in Latin America.
